The prep cook position has full and part time availability.

 

 

We are currently seeking a full time Prep Cook. Major responsibilities include:
• Must be able to follow a prep list and prepare food items for each day
• Assure that all food procedures are followed
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes

-Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen

-Must demonstrate good communication skills
